We’ve upgraded our Global Store to UPS Tracked Service for all international orders! That means your Heinakroon overlays now ship faster, safer and at better rates - with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

New rates start from ~15 € within the EU, a saving of about 10 € compared to our previous flat rate for Registered mail.

Every order is fully insured, packed in our sturdy mailing tubes, and shipped directly from Åland, Finland.

We’ve also launched our dedicated US site, making it faster and easier for American customers to order directly.

Exciting news! We've got a solution for shipping overlays to our US customers! All pre-orders will of course be shipped out first, and from that point all US orders will be fulfilled locally. 🇺🇸

Does anyone here have a Behringer X32, or know of anyone who does? And if so, would be willing to try out some cutting template tests for overlays in the future?

We’ve made an important change to how we ship international orders. From now on, every package will go out as Registered/Recommended Mail.

That means:
✅ Tracking number for every order
✅ Priority handling by the postal service
✅ Insurance coverage in case of loss

In short: more secure, more reliable and faster handling.

What changes for you?
Because of these improvements, shipping fees are now higher - but you only pay once per order/tube, even if you buy several overlays together.
• Europe: from €25.20
• Rest of World: from €34.50

💡 Tip: combine 2-3 overlays in one order - the shipping stays the same for regular sized overlays!

We’ve had questions about what happens now that we didn’t hit all of our campaign targets.

The short answer: we’re going ahead anyway! 🥳

While we didn’t reach the exact number we aimed for, the response has been strong enough - and your support has been clear enough - that we know these overlays need to be produced. Our printer slot is booked, materials are secured and production is moving forward.

That means:
✅ All pre-orders are safe and will be fulfilled in this first run.
✅ This is still the only chance to get these designs at the pre-order discount.
✅ Once production is done, stock will be limited until the next run.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who jumped in early. Your belief in this project is what makes it possible for us to keep developing new overlays and pushing the quality further.

This is just the beginning.. 🙂
