The difference between a prototype doll and the final version is sometimes bigger than you might expect.

Not because the prototype isn’t cute or didn’t work out. It’s more about the vision I had in my mind from the very beginning. In this case, I wanted the dolls to be able to sit, so I weighted them with glass beads.

Sometimes it takes several steps, changes, and little adjustments until a doll becomes exactly what I imagined. The prototype is an important part of the process.

And I love my little prototype dolls because they stay with me. 😆❤️

I recently discovered my passion for making shoes and am now experimenting with different materials.

For Pip’s shoes, I chose a combination of leather, linen, and wool.

That way, Pip is ready for the adventures to come with his shoes. ❤️

Lila is a dedicated Ballet dancer 🩰🦢 😌

It’s been a while since I last posted here. In the past few months, I’ve often found it hard to create content, because social media sometimes interrupts my creative flow and the calm I need for dollmaking.

So for now I’ve decided to post only when it truly feels right and I have something to share. ☕🩷

What’s really important: I love connecting with you all and I’m looking forward to continuing that!

A lot of new things are happening behind the scenes and who knows, maybe soon I’ll be inspired to create more content again 🔥

Sometimes the simplest things bring the greatest joy. Recently, I made this little doll for a little girl’s first birthday.

I was surprised how easily and quickly the doll seemed to come together in my hands.

Less than four years ago, I made my very first doll, and it completely captivated me. Back then, I would never have imagined that one day the techniques and movements of my hands would feel so natural. 🩷

Pip is a very attentive and funny little guy. He spends the whole day hiding in all sorts of different corners... but his favorite spot is definitely my sleeve 😂

Even though he only has a chick hat yet and is still wearing borrowed clothes, Pip will soon be ready to find a new family. And he’ll be bringing a whole lot of joy with him.

Lila 💜

Lila is a happy little doll I made for my daughter’s birthday. Both her name and her inspiration reflect my daughter’s favorite color (obviously Purple 😆). For a very long time, she had wished for a doll like her. She's hugging all the dolls goodbye when we send them to their new families around the world and now she has her own little friend.
I designed Lila to be suitable for a child’s play, adapting her for imaginative and playful experiences. I added many small, thoughtful details that I knew would delight my daughter. This outfit also includes my little one’s favorite animal: a unicorn, which holds a very special, magical meaning for her.

Lila has much more clothes that I will show you soon 💜🩷💜🩷

A new year is always a new chapter to me. And new Ideas often ask for space to make some room for them.

To welcome what is coming next, Holly and Stella, two of my art dolls are now offered at a special price, making room in the studio for new ideas and work.

✨ Happy New Year! ✨
The year 2025 was incredibly eventful and exciting. Thank you so much for following my journey as a dollmakers and doll artist ❤️.

I had the chance to meet so many wonderful fellow doll artists and doll friends, and through our exchanges here on Instagram and facebook, beautiful friendships were formed. You’ve become a place of calm, inspiration, and connection for me and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Life is shaped by change and learning, and so in the coming year I’ll be trying new things and embracing change once again. I’m so excited to experience all of this together with you.
