Had an enjoyable stay this weekend at Ruta 80 Hostel in Brno. The hostel is creatively decorated with 80s metal bands, posters from 80s movies, and old school records. And the best thing is that all the people were very nice-staff and guests!

Makes me wonder as well if somewhere in the world there is a Bollywood themed hostel:)

For the longest time I tried different kinds of workouts as way to be skinny. I would feel guilty everytime I would eat. I wanted to lose weight so bad to be everyone's definition of beautiful. I disrespected my body. I never thanked it for allowing me to do what it allows me to. Instead, I tortured it for being different. I wanted to fit in. I never wanted any harsh reaction about my physical appearance. I made fun of my imperpection just to make up for my body's inability to be society's definition of beautiful which meant the airbrushed and photoshopped glory I always see in my mountainous magazine collection.

Dear body,

Next time we work out, it will be all to celebrate everything you allow me to do.
