For purchases from our online shop. Customers can return items within 14 days from the date they received the item(s) ONLY if the item(s) are damaged or faulty. The purchaser is responsible to return the item(s) to us and the total cost of returning the item(s) is to be paid in full by the purchaser. When returning the item(s) the purchaser must also send the receipt of purchase. Only when we receive the item(s) and the receipt will a refund be made.
