Let’s arrange some gong times for Spring Festival
For 2024 , February 10th marks the Spring Festival whose zodiac animal is dragon that only exists in Chinese legendary and historic myths. But why do the gong correlate with this special day ?Here goes an old story. Once upon a time, there’s a scary monster called “nian’’ who always attacked and ate children on Spring Festival owing to the adults busy in celebrating released alert and defense. In that period, no weapon had been invented to fight against such powerful enemy. By coincidence, one old wit found the monster feared of large sound as a result people play the drum and gong unbelievably loud to drive it always and protect themselves. This tradition has been passed from generations to generations which has been also thought as a way to pray for next year, such as for wealth, love, carrier, schoolwork etc......

Why should we put the gongs outside today?
Everyday noises outside my window somehow drag me up. However, this morning seems different to me from common waking-up moments because of its unbelievable tranquility.I pulled out the curtain with curiosity- the world turned white over night! Arrived at my office, boss Helen told us to finish a special task to hang the gongs on the tree. And she said with smile seeing this great work:＂Today’s Heavy Snow of the 24 solar items and we should celebrate it together with our gongs!” Then it’s occurred to me immediately that it’s Heavy Snow -the last solar item before Spring Festival. Always, snow falls this day and helps we clean our house for embracing good luck and driving evil fortune away. For gongs, the same reason goes.The snow suck away the dust covering them ,refresh the inner spirit of the gongs,and infuse them with next year’s happiness!

Why sound bath is highly needed for the world?
Six months ago, I started my life-time carrer after graduation in collage as one member of sound bath world. During the infancy, I thought it just a job, a source of income. Nonetheless, it's more and more clear to me that it is a duty, a resposibility,an honer--the world needs it.
But why? Someone or most of the population on the planet are sufferring from an "illness" for which no medicine works.
Could you imagine how schoolwork burdens have took the life of students away by suicides? Have you seen some office attendants step off the top of their coompay bulinging? Or does anyone tell you several pregnant woman kill themselves for no reason?So, so many such cases happens and the self-end rate is soaring in an amazing way day by day.
Maybe we could blame on food shortage, lay-off policies or survival competitions,ect. However,what is the best solution is fight by ourselves against the depression and glooming motion!
Then sound bath, comes in any form, brings light into the darkness and show us some hopes ,also, guides us how to keep matching on a passage where anything happens.
Additionally, it's our comission to help thoso who are shaded in the back size of life and build a more mental paradise endless of what is going on in the world. We have our way to plant a soul flower and make it bloom!

WHAT COULD SOUNDBATH BRING TO YOUNG GENERATIONS?
After graduation, as a 23-year-old girl,I got a chance to have a touch of sound bath which I’ve even never heard about. When I knew it for the first time, I got impressed so much----a fairly good source to refresh and encourage myself. I have to say that young people really need such therapy currently.
According to the latest research issued by World Health Association , nearly 60% of those between 18 to 30 are metal illness and slight(about 30
trillions ) ,moderate or heavy depression sufferers , demonstrating young generations are under considerable distress for some reasons. The fresh report makes a reference of after-graduation examination , job seeking, house mortgage , kids raising and so on. As a result, a culture current called “ TangPing” in Chinese that means giving up survive competition and living a free-style life has became hot among the young people. Personally, I think “TangPing” is a metal state but a behavior. In the way to achieve lifetime goals, we just need comfort, encouragement,and help sometimes when there are countless troubles , obstacles, and fears getting in the way. So, the point is what sound bath brings to me. Instead of consulting a doctor, sound bath is a better choice for us. What we need to equip ourselves with to fight against life ,such as spurs and bad mood outlets can be found in the sound resonating. It connects our souls to the nature where our inner force originates!
