Ever wondered how safety gloves are made? Join us as we take you inside our production facility and walk you through each essential step.
🧤 1. Mounting Liners on Molds
We begin by mounting the knitted liners onto the molds—this sets the foundation for the glove’s final shape.
🌀 2. Wrapping
Next, we wrap the liners securely around the molds. This step ensures perfect uniformity and prevents any deformation before knitting and dipping.
🧶 3. Knitting
We then knit the glove liners, enhancing comfort, flexibility, breathability, and long-term durability for everyday protection.
🛢️ 4. Dipping
The liners are dipped in protective coatings. This process gives the gloves the strength, durability, and safety performance needed for tough working environments.
🤲 5. Take Off from Dipping Line
Finally, the finished gloves are carefully removed from the molds and ready for the next stage of inspection and packing.
From precision to performance — every pair of gloves is made with care.
