Preparation Procedure for Second VPI Impregnation and Baking of 3.3KV Variable Frequency Integrated Machine Stator
Procedure Name: Stator Second VPI Impregnation and Baking Preparation
Scope: Stator for 3.3KV Variable Frequency Integrated Machine
Objective: To ensure the stator is in optimal condition before the second Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) and baking process, thereby guaranteeing insulation performance and product quality.
Operating Steps:
1、Cooling to Room Temperature: After the initial baking or relevant processes, place the stator in a clean, dry environment to naturally cool down to room temperature (typically 20-25°C). Rapid cooling should be avoided during this process to prevent stress or condensation.
2、Surface Inspection and Cleaning: Conduct a comprehensive visual inspection of the cooled stator to ensure its surface is free from oil stains, dust, impurities, etc. If necessary, wipe and clean with anhydrous ethanol or a specialized cleaning agent, ensuring it is thoroughly dry.
3、Insulation State Inspection: Where conditions permit, an initial insulation resistance test can be performed on the stator to confirm its insulation state meets process requirements, providing baseline data for subsequent VPI impregnation and baking.
4、Environment Preparation: Inspect the internal environment of the VPI impregnation tank and baking oven, ensuring it is clean and dust-free, and that environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity comply with VPI impregnation and baking process specifications.
5、Tooling Preparation: Prepare specialized tooling and fixtures for VPI impregnation and baking, ensuring they are clean, in good condition, and capable of stably supporting the stator to prevent deformation during the process.
6、Recording and Identification: Record and identify the prepared stator as necessary, including but not limited to production batch, cooling time, inspection results, etc., to ensure product traceability.
Precautions:
•The entire preparation process should be conducted in a clean, dry environment, avoiding moisture and contamination.
•Operators must wear appropriate protective equipment to ensure operational safety.
•Strictly adhere to all process parameters and operating procedures to ensure the quality of impregnation and baking.
