Thomas Laigle Shines at 2026 French Championship – Powered by Antz Racing Torsen Differentials

At the 2026 French Championship on the MBC61 1/5 Short Course Truck , Thomas Laigle (https://www.facebook.com/thomas.laigle.3‬) delivered an impressive performance with his car equipped with Antz Racing Torsen B-Type Differentials on both the front and center.

🏆 Semi-final: 1st place finish
🏁 Final: 3rd place podium

His setup provided:
Strong steering response from the front differential
Smooth acceleration and stability from the center differential
Confident handling through corners and precise control on wet tracks

In the final, Laigle was leading by more than a lap, but with 30 seconds remaining he ran out of fuel, which cost him the victory and left him with a 3rd place podium finish.

“Overall, I’m quite satisfied. I still need to adapt to this new handling characteristic and fine-tune the car setup, because the driving feel is definitely different from before. But it allows me to drive fast without forcing aggressive inputs. I’ll get used to it quickly and aim for even better results in the upcoming races.”

Losi 5T Torsen L*D road test
Quote from Thomas Laigle: I think it makes the car more aggressive, it looks really good. Even on tarmac, the car has better traction and better front-end grip during acceleration.
