Here's our standard: incoming leather inspection (grain consistency, color matching, thickness tolerance) → cutting QC (panel alignment, defect marking) → stitching QC (tension, spacing, no skipped stitches) → assembly QC (symmetry, hardware attachment, zipper function) → finishing QC (edge paint uniformity, cleaning, polishing) → final audit (full inspection against spec sheet).

Each bag passes through 6 quality gates before earning our approval. Our defect rate target is under 2% — and we hit it consistently. For OEM/ODM clients, we provide photo and video QC reports at key milestones, so you know exactly what's happening with your order before it ships.
