This is a vision counting packing machine for rubber parts package. Package machine applies with PE tubular roll packing. And package bag sealing from top and bottom as well.
Counting machine counts from CCD camera. Products are counted when dropping. The camera catches the dropping products images then send to counting system. The system calculates images area to confirm the quantity. Besides, counting number always reflects on control screen.
