Hello everyone! For those who don’t know, we are a newly opened Iraqi farm serving the Windsor-Essex county area. Our herbs and vegetables grown are common to the Iraqi and middle eastern population.

Here is some of our Purslane / Perpikhina / Barbeen—— whatever you refer to it as in your language. This can be used in salads and jajik yogurt appetizer. Purslane is a high source of vitamin A and Omega-3!
