Hello and Welcome,
Through the long cold days and evenings of winter, I needed to infuse a little creativity into my days. At first making Christmas ornaments as gifts, then a few personal projects... and the rest as they say is history. Macramé, has a long history and seems to be seeing a renewal of sorts. From relaxed boho vibes to elegant lines and textures. Macramé is it is the art of hand-

tying cord or yarn in various patterns to form a larger piece. Soft colours and natural tones blend well with natural elements such as branches, driftwood and wood beads. I prefer to use recycled cotton and jute cord from Canadian suppliers. Happy Trails,

Maybe your Grandma had a beaded curtain in the hall, the patio door? Here is a fresh twist on that classic.

As shown, this lovely piece about 4.5ft wide, hung at about 6ft from the ground.

The story: Each garland uses about 48 ft of cord, takes about 30 minutes to make, total weight - about 10 lbs.
