The great thing about making a friend’s cake is trying out new recipes on them 😄 this cake had five layers of chocolate and vanilla Joconde sponge with a Frangelico spiked imbibing syrup and raspberry chocolate mousse filling. The top was decorated with local raspberries and cherries while dried rose petals adorned the sides. This cake also features a custom gold mirrored acrylic sign made by me!
