Dear Shelburne, South Shore, and Nova Scotia as a whole,

From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

My name is Heaven, and I am the face behind Nuhaus Market! If you met me at the the Shelburne Guild Hall Market then you’ve likely had some pretty amazing tomatoes. And if you met me elsewhere, well then I hope you enjoyed your handmade chocolates!

I’ve had an amazing few years in Nova Scotia, meeting all of you and hearing your stories. I’ve made some pretty unforgettable friends, all while sharing some gorgeous tomatoes, and mouthwatering sweets.

I’m writing today to share some bittersweet, but very happy news. Nuhaus Market has been an amazing ride, but I’ll be taking a pause for a while. I’m headed out of province to continue my career as a Kitchen Designer, my first passion!

I wish you all the juiciest tomatoes, and the sweetest chocolates, and of course, all the best,

Get your locally grown tomato and pepper plants now!! If you loved our tomatoes and peppers last year - heads up - you can get your own starter plants now!

We have a limited quantity of seedlings, so don’t wait!!

Pickup Lower Sandy Point, prices vary by size ($4-$8ea), multiple varieties available (both indeterminate and determinate/bush types).

We also have a house tomato and house pepper available that can be grown in your best south facing window for fresh veggies year round!
