Jenni's Blaze Here you'll find a variety of traditionally fermented hot sauces, fresh made one of a kind spices and sometimes some sweet spicy maple candy.

Our sauces are traditionally fermented using as much local produce as possible. It takes approximately 3 weeks to ferment a sauce, 24 hrs to blend for flavor stability, pasteurize and bottle. I usually have some flavors available but if not, I wanted to share the process with you so you may plan ahead and we may make sure you end up with what you want. Customer service is top of the priority list along with creating multi-level, exciting flavor flames for you.

Making new food things is an interesting adventure I greet with excitement. I tried something new, dehydrating vinegar πŸ«™ for a new spicy πŸ”₯ seasoning I'm working on. It worked but not as flavorful as I'd like. Does anyone know where πŸ€” or if somewhere sells vinegar powder in town? I can order online but if somewhere locally sells it, I'd rather buy local. This new seasoning is gonna be up for testing soon. Keep ya posted when ready. Think dill pickle jalapeno seasoning. I will also have my Bon Fire all purpose seasoning up for grabs in a cpl weeks. 🀘🏼

I'm sitting here on the edge of my garden a little intrigued about how much bounty will come about.
It's been an odd season with many peculiar and strange little surprises. From the very beginning stages of my seed starting to the soil amending and the summer Rollercoaster of rain vs extreme heat, pesky pests and all the after mess. To say the least, it's anyone's guess.
So to my local crew, if you know anyone who may have an abundance of jalapeno or other spicy suckers, please, send them my way.

It's a sunny day here despite the rain.

This one is giving a nod to my Mustard lovers w/ a whisper of Caribbean flavor. This is a 2 year ferment. Use it as a hot sauce or mustard. You decide!
Yellow mustard seed, mellowed yellow reapers and smoked honey are taking charge with this one. A little hint of ginger, pineapple, mango and Caribbean spice notes to finish it off. A few other ingredients to bring it all together. No name yet. Suggestions welcome. πŸ’›πŸ”₯

I've been busy hot saucing / spicing it up with commercial orders. I apologize, I just haven't had the stock to offer my local hot heads....until now.

If you are interested, I have finally finished my 2 year ferments and YES, I actually have enough to sell locally.

The Christmas season is upon us! Stoked Fire or (Stoke the Fire or Stoking the Fire- haven't quite decided) is a mix of Carolina Reapers, Death Spiral Scorpion and Black Habaneros. Mixed with smoked honey, cramberry, citrus and spice amongst other things The heat is slightly mellowed for a moment by giving it time to ferment an extra 2 weeks so that the Christmas spirit has a chance to shine through. This offers more flavor with a great big hit of heat. Hoping to have enough to offer up locally. Keep your eyes on our page for availability.
