✨ A little professional milestone I’m proud to share. ✨

I’m happy to officially share that I am a registered member of the Association of Ontario Doulas (AOD) through September 2027. 🤍

For me, being a postpartum doula is about more than simply supporting families through those first weeks and months. It’s about continuing to learn, staying connected to the doula community, and providing compassionate, informed and respectful support to growing families.

I’m grateful to continue building my practice and creating a space where new parents feel seen, supported and never alone. 🌿

Thank you to every family who has trusted me to be part of such an incredibly important chapter of their lives.

We’re all learning as we go — becoming, changing, starting over, growing through seasons we never expected, and trying our best with what we know today.

You don’t have to have it all together. You don’t have to be who you were yesterday, or know exactly who you’ll become tomorrow.

You’re allowed to simply be a woman figuring it out for the very first time. 🌿

Give yourself some grace. Take up space in your own life. Come back to yourself.

You are a work in progress — and that is a beautiful thing. ✨

A little Friday reminder for the mama who feels like she’s supposed to have it all figured out…

You don’t. 🤍

You’re allowed to feel overwhelmed.
You’re allowed to need help.
You’re allowed to miss your old routine while deeply loving this new life.
You’re allowed to ask someone to hold the baby while you shower, eat a warm meal, or simply breathe.

Postpartum care isn’t about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about being supported while you find your way.

Sometimes, the most healing thing we can offer a new mother is simply a safe space to say:

“I’m tired.”

“I need help.”

“I don’t know what I’m doing.”

And hear back:

“That’s okay. You don’t have to do this alone.” 🌿
