Oooohhhh, boy!
The sourdough is maxing out my oven capacity today.
My new recipe with no added sugar is behaving berry nicely.
Delivering to Pineview Store, Ave Maria, and PG Urban Shroomery tomorrow by 11:00am.

Some changes to the recipe!
I have decided to adjust my recipe just a little bit-still organic, still fresh ground whole wheat for the whole wheat varieties- but I have removed the organic sugar. This sourdough still tastes great, and I hope it checks all the boxes for a few more people.
