This one I based off a picture of a model I saw in a magazine years ago. It’s not exactly the same but the original had cartoonish proportions, which I loved. The rabbit, scarf and goggles are from Sizzix sets (Nature Friends, Winter Critters and Trick or Treater) and for the plane I repurposed Studio Light’s Sub (marine). The clouds are Hero Art’s Cloudy Sky Scene

My top 9 for 2024, less Christmassy than usual so I’ll have to make up for that in 2025. Lots of vintage feels with healthy doses of nostalgia tossed in. Looking forward to what the next year brings, one of my resolutions is to spend more time on here checking out everyone else’s’ amazing creations. Best wishes to you all for 2025!

Sorry for the delay in demoing the simple acetate fold I used to make Santa stand on his sled. Made two mountain folds with a valley fold inbetween which I attached to Santa and the sled. Then I attached two valley fold strips of acetate to Santa’s legs and the sled. And because I couldn’t help myself I added some snowflakes on acetate strips to give Santa some speed. Hope the photos came out ok 🤞

Always fun at Loon Lake but on Santa Sn**ch weekends it’s the absolute best! Definitely feeling the Christmas spirit now...
