A personal update 🤍💔
After much thought (and many tears), I’ve made the difficult decision not to move forward with opening the Common Thread Shop.
This dream was very real to me. The yarn, the community, the space I imagined creating — I could see it all. But circumstances shifted in ways I didn’t anticipate, and I’m no longer in a position to open the store.
If you cheered me on, offered advice, sent messages, or shared in the excitement — thank you. You carried me more than you know.
For now, I’m choosing family, steadiness, and what feels right.
The love of making and fibre will always be part of me, even though this chapter is coming to a close.
