We're getting in touch with an update on Sip & Shop Markets. As you can imagine, the pandemic has been especially difficult for in person events. On top of all the unknowns that come along with navigating a pandemic, the current environment is making it difficult for us to run events with the vibe our brand has been known for and keep costs reasonable for everyone involved. Therefore, after much researching, late night FaceTimes, and heart to heart discussions, we’ve decided to close Sip & Shop Markets.

Over the next month we’ll be closing our website and social media channels but we wanted to share the news with you first.

Thank you so much for being a part of this journey. Our events would not have been what they were without you.

We encourage you to attend other markets and support your local handmade businesses. We’ll see you there!

New Date:

We're posting an update on the market we had planned for April 30, 2022. As you can imagine, it's been really difficult to plan events during a pandemic! On top of all the unknowns that come along with navigating a pandemic, we were unable to secure the venue we had originally.

As such, we've decided to take a step back and cancel the spring market. 😢

Stay tuned for more information as we continue to research what could be possible for a December market. Finding a fabulous location that will meet the needs of our guests and vendors is top priority.

UPDATE:

Given the current health/social distancing guidelines and the delayed vaccination roll-out, we've unfortunately had to make the decision to cancel the Spring Market.

We've tentatively scheduled our holiday market for Saturday December 4, 2021 at Head Office. We'll make a final decision on whether or not we're proceeding by mid-September and promise to keep you posted.

We hope we’ll be able to see your faces in person and enjoy each other’s company again.

UPDATE:

We are committed to creating magical experiences for our guests and vendors at Sip & Shop Markets (read healthy and safe)!

In light of the spike in COVID cases and restrictions on number of people who can gather indoors at one time we, along with Head Office Ottawa have decided to cancel the Winter Wonderland Sip & Shop Market. We will be hosting our Spring Fling Sip & Shop on Saturday, May 1 (pending government regulations) at Head Office Ottawa and hope you can join us!

Our 2020 maple harvest is ready to go! We offer delicious 100% pure maple syrup. Our products are all natural, vegan, and locally produced. We are a small collective of family and friends who tap, boil and bottle in Lanark County.

It's supposed to be nice this weekend so spruce up your garden with these beautiful creations by On the Rocks.

A chance visit to a Garden show would lead me to this current project/passion, Fabric Sculpting.
Each sculpture flows out of me inspired by past and present spirits. I love the recycling aspect of these projects; using natural fibre fabrics such as cotton t-shirts, old doilies, antique lace to dress the sculptures to a finished state.
I have truly found my passion and happy place in creating these wonderful sculptures.
