A reader recently shared how “Embrace Your Body” helped her see herself in a new light. She wrote:

I used to waste hours trying to be productive — chasing the perfect routine, juggling too much, and ending up exhausted. Then I discovered the power of gentle structure — planning my day around my energy, not the clock.

Now, I get more done in less time without burning out. I’ve learned that productivity doesn’t mean doing more — it means doing what matters, with presence and care. 🍂

🍂 New season, new rhythm.

With the change in seasons, I’ve been feeling inspired to refresh my routine:

🌅 Morning: Gentle stretching, a moment of gratitude, and a cup of tea before checking my phone.
💻 Workday: Taking mindful breaks to breathe, move, and reset — honoring my body instead of pushing past it.
🌙 Evening: Journaling and reading something uplifting before a full night’s rest.

It feels a bit like that “back to school” energy — a chance to reset, refocus, and nurture habits that truly support both body and mind.

Hey ! I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I wanted to share something that happened this summer. I was at a family BBQ, and I overheard an elder relative say how proud they were to see younger generations embracing their bodies just as they are, not hiding or being ashamed. It made me realize how much progress we’ve made and how important it is to keep celebrating and supporting each other.

That moment reminded me exactly why I wrote my book. 💖
