A friend brought me this Ibanez, ICX220DX from 2005. There was a lot of corrosion on the frets, dirty hardware etc, but the neck and body were in good shape. The frets were sanded and leveled and polished, and all the hardware deep cleaned. Then, fresh Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky strings were put on and adjustments made for action and intonation. The thing plays and sounds great now. Amazing what a bit of TLC can do for a long forgotten instrument!

This is one of my favourite guitars. It's a 2019 player telecaster, sunburst, all stock. I didn't like the action on the high side. So, new set of Ernie Ball super slinky strings (9-42). Full cleaning (not that it needed much), truss and action adjustment. Re-intonated. Pickup height adjustment. Now it feels the way I like it! Just a great guitar all around.

Guitar Services and base prices (i.e., not inclusive of parts)

Basic Services:
String Change: $10
String Change with cleaning and basic setup (e.g., intonating for new gauge strings): $20
Setup: $40 (includes string change, neck adjustment, action height, intonation, pickup height and string height)
Fret Dressing: $80 (light leveling and crowning of frets)

Additional Considerations:

Parts: Prices for parts (strings, pickups, etc.) are additional to the service cost.

Prices might vary based on the specific guitar and the extent of the work required.

This Bacchus Universe Series Strat style guitar was in need of some TLC. All hardware was removed, cleaned and reinstalled, everything tightened up, fretboard cleaned an oiled with Dunlop 65 Ultimate Lemon Oil, and new D'addario NYXL 9s were installed. Finally, neck relief was set, pickup height adjusted and intonation dialed in. Pretty nice Fiesta Red colour on this one!
