There’s a little bit of summer left so we’re soaking it up… so with that being said, we will be taking a MUCH needed break from August 30-September 5th. My son and I were throwing around ideas yesterday on new flavours and we came up with this: we’re calling it our brookie cookie dough cupcake. It has a chocolate chip cookie bottom, topped with a vanilla chocolate chip cake, chocolate ganache center and topped with our signature cookie dough icing with hunks of homemade brownie intertwined in it!!!
