*REMINDER FOR SECURING APPOINTMENTS*
Every appointment made either via contacting me directly or booking online must be secured with a valid credit card. The appointment will not be changed to that card unless specifically requested. If the appointment is not confirmed with a credit card 24 hours prior to your appointment, it will be CANCELLED. This means, if you show up for your appointment without confirming it, your slot may have been given to someone else or I will potentially not be at the salon at all.

We send out appointment reminders via text 24 hours before.
Please let us know AT LEAST 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure the slot is filled.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
No Shows or Less than 12 hours will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Late fees of $2.00 per minute are applicable 5 minutes after your appointment time. If you are late to your appointment, it may affect the appointments after you and we want to ensure we respect all of our clients time, just as we wish that you respect ours.
The fee may be waived if there is an emergency or you are feeling unwell. However, should we notice that this is a common occurence, pre-payment and standard policy will apply moving forward.
