*HOW TO ORDER YOUR CRATES*

Step 1: Decide which crate you would like to purchase and find it's form using the link in this page's pinned post.

Step 2: Fill out the form and send it in by email, Facebook message, or text by November 30th. Alternatively, you can phone in your order. You must fill out a different form for every crate you order.

Step 3: Check back on my page often to see when I'll be delivering in your area. Deliveries will start in December.

Step 4: Send off your crate to a friend or family member of your choice! (Unless you buy the crate for yourself, in which case enjoy!)

Starting November 1st, send in your crate orders with the official order forms! Use the link below to view all 6 order forms (one per type of crate). Simply download a form for the crate you are ordering and fill it out electronically. Once filled out, you can email me the forms ([email protected]) or send them to me via Facebook messenger.
