All good stories eventually come to an end.

After much thought, River Bee Books will be closing its doors. This decision comes down to a variety of factors, and while it wasn’t easy, it’s the right one for this chapter.

We anticipate remaining open through late March, subject to inventory availability, and wanted to share this timeline well in advance, allowing customers to visit us in the weeks ahead.

We are deeply grateful for our loyal customers, our community, and everyone who supported a small, independent bookstore. Your love of books, conversations, and encouragement meant more than we can say.

While we truly appreciate every message, comments and questions may not be monitored or responded to on social media. Please visit us in store for anything further.

Once again, thank you for being part of our story - it’s been a chapter we’ll always cherish. 📚❤️

This epic and adventurous story is about Belle Jane, the woman who ran one of Canada’s largest cattle thieving rings in the 1920’s (while also taking the names of 5 different husbands during her lifetime).
