Some pictures from around the yard and updates.
🪴 Just loving all the different Pansies I started from seed!
🪴 The Ranunculus and Anemones I received at Christmas are starting to bloom. I don't have enough of these for cut flowers so I have decided to enjoy them in the landscape.
🪴 The back shady area is full of beautiful ferns... so much potential here to plant shade loving plants but I kind of like the more natural look Mother Nature has provided us here.
🪴 All the cut flower rows are planted out thanks to Rob! I am still dealing with Afib episodes and the need to be cardioverted plus other health issues which has made it difficult to do what I want to do... I am so grateful to have such a supportive husband. If it wasn't for him we would not have all our seedlings planted out. I do what I can.. some days a lot... and some days not a lot... and take things day by day.
🪴 We sold out of Bouquet Club Memberships this year! Thank you to all of you who have supported our little flower farm. We are aiming for some time in July for our bouquets. I will contact you when they are ready.
🪴 We have no Dahlia tubers to sell this year. What we did have got planted out. The early frost last year killing our Dahlias in September didn't allow them to produce very many tubers. They were small and we lost quite a few because of that.
... and one of many neighborhood bears is seen regularly. We are continuing to coexist without any problems and hoping it stays that way.
