We are behind on thank yous again so please accept this broad and also heartfelt expression of gratitude.

The food drives and donations, the volunteer hours, the warm messages, and most of all the kindness you are all extending towards families experiencing loss, or still on edge, waiting…. This all matters so, so much. Please keep it going.

Tomorrow marks four weeks since we helped open the animal care facility with CDART - Southwest BC and Kamloops Ruff Start Rescue Society and collectively we have provided constant care for many dozens of companion animals, and a whole lot of chickens, too!

Special shout out to the City of Kamloops - Municipal Government and ESS for placing priority for caring for evacuated animals! And thank you to SPCA staff and volunteers for their parts!

We still need volunteers to help care for kitties, walk dogs, and clean at the animal care facility on Windsor (Cooper Centre)! If you can commit to a few shifts in the coming week+ please email [email protected] - Ruff Start is handling the schedule.

Thank to every single person helping care for pets and their humans!

Ever want to learn Magic The Gathering but don’t know where to start? Want to go to a game shop but you’re just a shy little guy? This is the event for you!

Haus of Misfit is collaborating with thegamehubstore to provide a low pressure Magic The Gathering 101! Players will use learning decks to learn the ins and outs of tapping, untapping, mana, and creatures!

Each player will get a complimentary booster pack to take home to start their collection.
Only 10 spaces available; sign up with a friend or come solo and make a friend (or 9)!

When: Monday, October 19th, 4pm-6pm
