If you don’t feel like eating a 1/4 to 1/2 a pound of meat or eggs it just means your experiencing Fake Hunger. As an experiment on yourself everytime you’re hungry eat 30-40 grams Of protein. If you are in fake hunger mode, just don’t eat until your hungry for 30-40 grams protein again, it may take a while. Sounds Simple enough . Well in general nutrition is super simple. Eat a higher percentage of your diet from protein and you’ll be in an optimal situation to lose body fat even with out exercise. Add in some heart training and muscle stimulation and now it’ll be easy to drop weight fairly quickly.

All the modern conveniences make it too hard to “eat clean”…. I say F*ck all of that. Here in the US of A we Never havehad so much fresh meat, fruit and veggies at our finger tips.
