Take a meaningful pause from the daily hustle and spend some time reconnecting with yourself.

In this hands-on workshop led by we'll explore the grounding texture of clay and create a personal compassion object—a small talisman that can serve as a gentle reminder of self-kindness, presence, and care in everyday life.

There’s no pressure to make something perfect. Instead, we'll focus on creativity, self-compassion, and the joy of making with our hands. Together, we'll reconnect with our inner creative child, practice being kinder to ourselves, and create something meaningful to take home.
