Just planted these little guys tonight!
Nasturtiums are such a fun flower to grow because they’re edible and make a beautiful addition to salads. As a bonus, they’re also great companion plants and can help protect against garden pests!

If I had to choose my favourite and easiest cut flowers to grow, it will always be zinnias and cosmos 🌸
Cosmos - are effortlessly airy and just keep on giving all season long.
Zinnias - the more you cut, the more they bloom. From pops of different colour to big, bold statement flowers.
Both are beginner-friendly, low fuss, and so rewarding. I already can’t wait to be gathering armfuls of blooms!

How I Get My Sliced Oranges Ready 🍊
A couple people reached out asking how I do my dried oranges, so here’s my process:
I start by slicing the oranges evenly, then lay the slices on a paper towel to soak up as much extra juice as possible. Once they’re a bit drier, I line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay the slices out in a single layer.
Bake at a very low temperature — around 175–200°F — for about 6 hours, flipping the slices halfway through. They’ll come out perfectly dried and ready to use for decorating 🎄✨
