Looking for granola that’s healthy without a ridiculous amount of added fat and sugar?
Whip up a batch of seriously delicious granola in your kitchen in no time and customize it to your taste preferences with this recipe.

3 cups large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pepitas
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cups h**p seeds
1 1/2 cups nuts - walnut pieces, slivered almonds, pecan pieces, chopped Brazil nuts etc.
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
I tsp vanilla
1 cup dried mix fruit - raisin, cranberries, cherries, dates, apricots etc
In a large bowl mixed together oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, coconut, wheat germ, h**p seeds, nuts, cinnamon and salt.
In a small sauce pan melt butter and maple syrup over low heat.
Add vanilla and 2 tablespoons water.
Pour this over the oat mixture and stir combined.
Spread the granola evenly on a large baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350° stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool in the pan. Stir in the dried fruits.
Enjoy served with milk, add it to yogurt or an açai bowl or simply by the handful!
