Genovese basil is a variety of sweet basil that originated in Italy, it produces large leaves that have a sweet and slightly spicy flavor.

Fresh or dried, basil leaves are an essential ingredient in many Italian, Greek and Asian dishes.

It is a very good source of vitamin A since it is high in beta-carotene. An excellent source of vitamin K, as well as significant amounts of magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, and vitamin C.

I regularly sow genovese so that I am able provide customers with the basil at the desired stage of growth. The look as well as flavor profile changes with the plant as it grows. You may notice the age difference in some of the pics.

I sell micro and baby genovese both living and fresh cut year round.

Triton Purple Radish was developed specifically for its distinctive purple sprouts, in its mature form, it is a type of Japanese winter radish also known as a “daikon,” which means “large root” in Japanese.

Triton has a milder heat than most varieties of radish, that combined with its vibrant coloring makes it a great addition to a wide array of dishes.

Nutrients: Vitamin A, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Vitamin C, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, and Phosphorus.
