🌿 I'll be at Lifestyles Coffee's Market tomorrow with my amazing niece from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and I'd love to see you there!

I've been busy creating lots of new things over the past few weeks, including:

🧵 NEW Tiny Maker Kits (my beginner-friendly hand sewing kits made with reclaimed textiles)

👜 New handmade creations

👕 Lots of newly restored clothing that's been carefully cleaned, repaired when needed, and prepared for its next chapter.

✨️ A whole rack of clothing on a sliding scale from $1-5! Pay what you can!

Every visit, every conversation, and every purchase helps support my dream of giving discarded textiles a second chance.

If you're out enjoying the market tomorrow, stop by and say hello! 💚

A little update for my local community. 💗

Unfortunately, the Castlegar Farmers' Market has made the decision to cancel the Trading Post section for the remainder of the season. I'm truly sad to see it come to an end, as it was such a wonderful way to connect with so many of you.

To everyone who stopped by my booth, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has meant so much!

While I won't have a regular local market space for now, I'll be sharing all of my new creations, available pieces, and any future market or pop-up updates here on Facebook and Instagram. Feel free to send me a message anytime if you see something that you would like 🥰

Be sure to follow along and stay tuned for new creations and future updates! ✨🧵

A little peek behind the scenes as I weave my Rosy Weft Clutch purses, each one finished with a vintage-style frame that feels like a tiny treasure from another time.

Made slowly by hand, with intention and care woven into every piece. ✨

After The Tiny Attic's very first market on Saturday, I'm feeling so grateful to my community.

So many wonderful people stopped by to shop, chat, share encouragement, and support this little dream of mine. The kindness and support I received was more than I could have imagined, and I left feeling incredibly inspired.

I started The Tiny Attic because I believe textiles deserve a second chance. Through restored clothing, creative reuse, handmade goods, and future projects still taking shape, I'm working to keep beautiful materials in circulation and out of landfill.

I'll be back at the Castlegar Market this Saturday in the Traders Section with more restored clothing, handmade pieces, and unique finds looking for their next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along, stopped by, shared kind words, made a purchase, or simply cheered me on. It means more than you know. 💜🧵♻️

Hi everyone! 💕

I'm excited (and a little nervous!) to share that The Tiny Attic will be at the Castlegar Farmers Market this Saturday for the very first time in the Traders Section.

The Tiny Attic focuses on giving discarded textiles a second chance through thoughtfully restored clothing, handmade goods, and creative reuse. I'll have a selection of professionally cleaned and steamed secondhand clothing, handmade quilted duffle bags, handwoven clutches, scarves, purses, and other unique finds available.

I've been working hard behind the scenes to bring this dream to life, and I'd love for you to stop by, say hello, and check out what I've been creating.

Hope to see you there! 💜🧵✨

Hello and welcome to The Tiny Attic. 💕

The Tiny Attic was created from a love of textiles, creativity, and the belief that beautiful things are worth saving.

After completing Selkirk College's Textile Arts Program, I found myself asking the same question over and over: Why are so many usable textiles being thrown away?

That question eventually grew into a bigger vision.

The Tiny Attic is a textile recovery and creative reuse business based in the Kootenays, focused on giving discarded textiles a second chance through thoughtfully restored clothing, handmade goods, and future textile recovery initiatives.

This page will be a place to share my journey as I build The Tiny Attic from the ground up, showing you the successes, challenges, creations, market days, and everything in between.

Thank you for being here at the beginning. 💕
