Soak in Serenity is all about mental health, your overall well-being and the belief that everyone should be able to find comfort and happiness in our otherwise crazy and hectic lives! The focus for Soak in Serenity is to provide you with a relaxing aromatherapy experience for your mind, body and soul.
My name is Natasha and I am the creator and founder of Soak in Serenity. A little bit about me and how Soak in Serenity came to be, I am a 30-year-old mother of two, a step mother of two and a full-time childcare provider! Let’s just say life can become hectic and stressful at times. After years of dealing with high anxiety and chronic insomnia, I turned to my doctor for help and was put on prescription medication. Like many others, the prescriptions did not help my anxiety or insomnia. In fact, the medication made things worse and created a whole new set of struggles. I spent most of my spare time buried in books and webpages trying to learn new, less medicated ways to better myself through a more natural approach including aromatherapy. Aromatherapy then became a huge part of my life which I would now love to share it with all of you through my new journey at Soak in Serenity.
These products aren’t just intended for personal use. Each corked glass tube is hand wrapped in h**p, packaged and sealed with a ribbon making it an excellent gift for occasions such as baby showers, bridal showers, wedding favors or even for your pre-teen to young adult children. Trying to think of something for your kids’ teachers, bus drivers, or stocking stuffers? Look no further than the products expertly crafted and packaged at Soak in Serenity.
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Project.
Did you enjoy your Soak in Serenity product? Would like to purchase another? Simply bring back your empty tube for a refill and save $1 per tube on your next order. For each $1 you save, $1 will be donated to the CMHA on December 31 of each calendar year! This is a cause that is near and dear to me and I hope to be able to give back as much as possible to help those who’s struggle continues.
The next post by Soak in Serenity will showcase 3 soothing bath salts that I have put together to share with everyone. Stay tuned for more options over the next couple weeks including my bath bombs!
