• 12g honey -
• 12g chia seeds
• 150ml milk -
• 40g Greek yoghurt -
• Dash of maple syrup essence
Toppings: 🍓
• 30g Frozen Raspberries
• A sprinkling of crushed walnuts

Mix the base and add your toppings so easy with 40g protein!!!
