***Any designs that are more than 1 picture/design provided by the client will be automatically considered a custom design. Any designs provided, SaraDee's does not claim to own. Although, SaraDee's does own the rights to any used and/or not used designs created during the process of custom orders.

***Fabric swatches are considered part of the revisions limit. Clients may be shown multiple swatches at a time, but in new swatches are requested, it's considered a revision.

***50% non-refundable deposit of the starting flat rate prices above in required before any work in commenced. Fabric costs are not included and are an extra cost. Original receipts for any fabrics and/or notions will be provided with final invoice.

**Any additional time required for any topics outlined above are an additional $50 per hour, charged in 15 minute intervals, except for re-fittings. Additional re-fittings are $20 per appointment, to be paid in full before the appointment starts. All rates mentioned are before taxes, and any taxes rates are applied to final invoices. Except for for additional fittings that are outside of what's included as they're an all-inclusive flat rate that's paid prior to the final invoice, but will be mentioned on final invoice for documentation purposes.

***Quotes may be given for no additional charge, but quotes are not to be considered what the exact amount will be, as they are based off of an estimate. Quotes may be given to provide clients a basic idea of possible pricing.
