For anyone who has the Quick Chef Pro System, here is a chicken salad recipe that I invented as I went along. I didn't measure anything.
1 cooked boneless and skinless chicken breast.
1 small garden cucumber
Iceberg lettuce
celery

Cut up the chicken breast and put it in the quick chef and place the cover and turn the handle on top until the chicken is as fine as you want it. Place the chicken in a bowl and add cucumber, lettuce and celery. Process each one at a time and add to the chicken. Mix in 1 tablespoon of miracle whip and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes an amazing sandwich!!
