No matter how carefully we pack our products, if they are not treated with respect during transport, there’s only so much we can do.

Once again, this is the result of a FedEx delivery. Despite the packages being clearly marked “FRAGILE,” they are still thrown around and handled roughly. We have even spoken to the driver about this in person, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.

The result? Broken shampoo bottles and a disappointed customer.

We do everything we can to ensure our products are shipped safely, but when a carrier handles packages like this, it becomes impossible. This is simply unacceptable. 😔📦💔
