Product Refund and Replacement Policy (Customer):
Thank you for purchasing products from allgoods.com.bd managed by All Goods BD Ltd. Please follow the relevant instructions below for when you change your decision, product return time limit, and return the product. To return items ordered online/ offline:
• If you change your mind after ordering your product online, please ca
ncel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
• If there is any problem regarding the quality or price of the product or the validity of the product after delivery, please return the product with your certificate of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number) within 7 days of purchase or contact our customer care in case of online order. Only 48 hours will be applicable for perishable food items.
• If you return or replace a product, you will be entitled to a product worth the same amount or the same amount of money as you are returning the product. Product delivery:
• In case of home delivery, products of any weight can be delivered up to the 2nd floor. But in case of higher height, up to 15 kg of the product will be subject to the existing delivery charge; if more than this, an extra cost of Tk 10 will be applicable for every additional 5 kg of weight. However, if there is a lift, no extra charge will be applicable.
• We try our best to deliver the goods within the same day of the order, and then if for any reason the delivery of the goods is interrupted on the same day, we ensure it within the next 24 hours. Get your money back:
We will refund your money in the same way or conveniently after we return your product.
• Your money will be refunded to your mobile banking account (if any) or to your wallet (credit or debit card) portal.
• We need 5-7 business days to refund the money to your account. If you purchase the product at an offer price, your refund/ replacement/ adjustment will be based on that offer price.
• Where you use multiple payment methods for products and services, and you return some of the products in your order, refunds will be made in the following order:
1. If you have purchased online / through Customer Care – Mobile Banking Portal (bkash, Cash)

পণ্যের রিফান্ড ও রিপ্লেস নীতিমালা (কাস্টমার):
অল গুডস বিডি লিমিটেড দ্বারা পরিচালিত allgoods.com.bd or AllGoodsbd | Facebook থেকে পণ্য কেনার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। কোনো কারণে আপনি আপনার সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করলে পণ্য ফেরত দেয়ার সময়সীমা এবং পণ্য ফেরত প্রদানের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কিত তথ্যের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের প্রাসঙ্গিক বিষয়গুলো অনুসরণ করবেন।
অনলাইন/অফলাইনে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য/পণ্যসমূহ ফেরত প্রদানের জন্যঃ
১। অনলাইনে পণ্য অর্ডার করার পর যদি আপনার সিধান্ত পরিবর্তন করেন, তাহলে অর্ডার করার পরবর্তী ১ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
২। পণ্য ডেলিভারি হাতে পাওয়ার পর পণ্যের গুণগত মান অথবা মূল্য কিংবা পণ্যের মেয়াদ সম্পর্কিত কোন সমস্যা থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে ক্রয় করার দিন থেকে পরবর্তী ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ক্রয়ের প্রমাণপত্র (সেলস ইনভয়েস/অর্ডারের ফোন নাম্বার) সহ পণ্যটি সংশ্লিষ্ট আউটলেটে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন, তবে অনলাইনে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে পণ্য ক্রয়ের দিনই যোগাযোগ করুন এবং আপনার মতামত পরিবর্তনের বিষয়টি আমাদের অবগত করুন। এখানে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ্য যে, পচনশীল খাদ্য সামগ্রীর জন্য ৪৮ ঘন্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৩। আপনি পণ্য ফেরত কিংবা রিপ্লেস করার ক্ষেত্রে যতটুকু পণ্য ফেরত দিচ্ছেন তার সমপরিমাণ মূল্যের পণ্য কিংবা সমপরিমাণ অর্থ প্রাপ্তির জন্য উপযোগী হবেন।
পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রেঃ
• হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে বহুতল ভবনের ২য় তলা পর্যন্ত যেকোন ওজনের পণ্য সরবরাহ করা যাবে। কিন্তু এর অধিক উচ্চতার ক্ষেত্রে ১৫ কেজি পর্যন্ত পণ্য বিদ্যমান ডেলিভারি চার্জের আওতায় পড়বে, এর বেশি হলে বাড়তি প্রতি ৫ কেজি ওজনের জন্য ১০ টাকা হারে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। তবে ভবনে লিফট থাকলে এবং লিফটে পণ্য বহনের সুবিধা গ্রহণ করা গেলে কোন অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• পণ্য অর্ডারের একই দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করার জন্য আমরা যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করে থাকি। অতঃপর কোনো কারণে যদি একই দিনে পণ্য সরবরাহে বিঘ্ন ঘটে, সেক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তী ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা তা নিশ্চিত করে থাকি ইন শা আল্লাহ।
আপনার টাকা ফেরত পাওয়াঃ
আমরা আপনার কাছ থেকে পণ্য ফেরত পাবার পর আপনার প্রাপ্য অর্থ একইভাবে অথবা সুবিধাজনক মাধ্যমে ফেরত প্রদান করবো। এক্ষেত্রে নিচের বিষয়গুলো অনুসরণ করা হবেঃ
• আপনার টাকা আপনার মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং একাউন্টে (যদি থাকে) অথবা আপনার দেয়া ওয়ালেট (ক্রেডিট বা ডেবিট কার্ড) পোর্টালে পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হবে।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য আমাদের ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে আপনি যদি একটি অফার মূল্যে পণ্য ক্রয় করেন তাহলে আপনার রিফান্ড/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/ এডজাস্টমেন্ট সেই অফার মূল্যের উপর ভিত্তি করেই করা হবে।
• যেক্ষেত্রে আপনি পণ্য ও পরিষেবার জন্য অর্থ প্রদানের জন্য একাধিক মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করেন এবং আপনি আপনার অর্ডারে কিছু পণ্য ফেরত দিচ্ছেন, সেক্ষেত্রে নিচের প্রযোজ্য উপায়ে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবেঃ
১। সরাসরি আউটলেট থেকে ক্রয় করে থাকলে – নগদ অর্থ
২। অনলাইন/কাস্টমার কেয়ার এর মাধ্যমে ক্রয় করে থাকলে – মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পোর্টাল (বিকাশ, নগদ, উপায় বা অন্য যে কোনো মাধ্যম)
বিঃদ্রঃ আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার সবচেয়ে সহজ উপায় উপরে দেওয়া আছে। যদি আপনার অনলাইন লেনদেন সম্পর্কে কোন অভিযোগ থাকে তাহলে দয়া করে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করুন, আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনার অভিযোগ/সমস্যাটি দ্রুত সমাধান করার জন্য সার্বিক সহায়তা করবে।
