As tedious as the job can be, it’s always exciting to see what each tuber has turned into beneath the soil.

After a quick break, it’s definitely time to head back into the garden!
Thanks to the warmer and drier conditions I have oodles and oodles of dahlia seed pods to collect today and then will head into the greenhouse to start some spring seeds! (Better late than never?!)

Mother’s Day bouquets will be available from The Press on Friday (8th) & Saturday (9th) until sold out.

Bouquets will feature signature pinks, including chrysanthemums, stock & lisianthus.

Pre-orders are now open for pickup or delivery on Saturday (9th) only and will close on 5th May 2026.

Dahlia Season 2026 is officially wrapped!

Beyond thankful for every single person who has supported this crazy flower girl’s little dream. So many pinch me moments!

With the most intense heatwave early in the year things weren’t looking great but thankfully due to stubbornness, determination and sprinkle of madness we got through.

The next few weeks will be spent double checking labels, mapping and documenting before all the really fun stuff starts DIGGING + DIVIDING. Then we will slowly start working on our tuber sales!
