Previous Customer service and Mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

About Us:
We’re a local family-owned business with a passion for quality and knowledgeable customer service. We sell, service and repair Mowers & Outdoor power equipment, accessories and spare parts.

The Role:
We’re are expanding so we are looking for a motivated and reliable staff member to join our team to become a Small Engine Mechanic. This role offers hands-on experience with outdoor power equipment and small Engines, customer service, spare parts and more
What You’ll Do:
✔ Working alongside qualified Mechanics and sales staff. Repairing and maintaining Mowers, outdoor power equipment and other Small engines.
Can be a fast-paced environment at times.
✔Spare parts interpreter- Helping Customers with correct spare Parts and restocking shelves. Parts pick up and some deliveries.
✔ Assemble new mowers & power equipment – getting them ready for sale.
✔ Clean and maintain workshop, store & equipment

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Reliable, punctual, fast leaner and trustworthy.
✅ Friendly with great customer service skills.
✅ Available Mon–Fri (8am–5pm) + some Saturday mornings (8am to 12pm)
✅ Team player, willingness to learn.
✅ Manual driver’s license (or working towards.)
✅ Basic small engine knowledge or keen to learn.
✅ Physically fit – able to lift and move heavy equipment.
✅Basic computer knowledge.
✅Can handle high paced work environment.
