One of the things we love most at Pole Shoppe is helping people keep their equipment safe, secure, and ready for training.

This week someone reached out with a tricky issue inside the top cap of her Lupit Pole — a couple of the tiny internal screws had become completely stuck and wouldn’t move, even with the correct tool. These screws are small, but they play an important role in keeping the pole stable, so getting it right matters.

She sent through some photos, we talked through what was happening, and we reached out to the Lupit factory for their technical advice. They confirmed that when these screws become rounded or fully seized, they often need to be extracted or carefully cut out by someone with the right tools. They also provided the exact replacement screw specification so she can source the correct parts locally.

To make things easier, we also connected her with one of our trusted installers who regularly helps people with repairs and installations when needed.
