🌟 We’re Hiring – Operations Assistant 🌟
We’re looking for someone special to join our team.
Goldilocks Home Help & Support is a local Eltham business, and we’re looking for an Operations Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being organised, enjoys helping people and gets genuine satisfaction from making sure all the moving pieces come together.
You’ll be coordinating schedules, supporting clients and team members, managing enquiries and helping ensure each day runs smoothly.
No two days are the same.
At Goldilocks, we provide premium home cleaning, housekeeping, home organisation and support services for families, older adults, busy professionals and NDIS participants across Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs.
We’re a small business with big heart. We genuinely care about our clients, our team and the community we support.
📍 Eltham-based role
📅 Casual position (approximately 12–15 hours per week across 3–4 weekdays)
🚗 Driver licence preferred
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with a particular job title on their resume.
We’re looking for the right person.
Someone who is organised, reliable, kind, professional, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping others.
You might have experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, office coordination or a similar role. Or you might simply have the skills, attitude and initiative we’re looking for.
