Simple medicinal tea. Safe for all ages.

* black pepper
* hot water
Can add sweetener and milk to taste.
Can add raw garlic cloves if your hard core and have a flu.
Delicious. Best made with whole ingredients sourced locally and organically but can be put together with dried ingredients from da shops too.
