A month in Bali was amazing, but coming home reminds you just how lucky we are.

Great surf 🏄‍♂️, clean water, and now whale season 🐳 with these incredible animals putting on a show right in our backyard.

After a busy day, it’s 20 minutes on my PEMF machine to relax, reset, and get ready for grandkid duties tomorrow.

The memories last forever, but recovery starts again now.

One of the first things I did when I got home was jump back on my PEMF machine. It’s become part of my routine for recovery, relaxation and keeping myself feeling my best.

Great to catch up in Bali, share a few stories, and enjoy some waves together.

A year ago things looked very different with my health, so I’m grateful to be here, feeling good and doing what I love again.
