Our favourite French chef!

Chef Joël Robuchon one of the most renowned chefs in the world, revolutionised French cuisine with his emphasis on simplicity, precision, and the highest quality ingredients. Known as "Chef of the Century" by Gourmet Magazine, Robuchon's culinary philosophy centred on creating dishes that elevated the purity of each ingredient . Among his most iconic creat ions is his mashed potato, or purée de pommes de terre, which has earned legendary status for its luxurious texture and rich flavour . Inspire me Iso-Bar

The sea draws a line on land
Deep green and blue on one side
Soft yellow sand on the other rising to the
Weathered green of hardy plants
At my feet in the cool wet sand
The detail of tiny shells amazes
Hints of the treasured sea
Patterns so precise and clearly etched
More fascinating and elegant than
The richest cushion
But complete and small on a tiny shell
That can’t be seen without bending down
Rising up the land draws a line on the sky
As blue dome rises higher
than the wisping clouds
And the sun dazzles with a burning brightness
Oh with a way good band
I’d sing and whip up a storm
Of giant waves that would crash
and spray the rocks
And on my board with the dolphins
Like a Neptune, heart torn from safe land
I would surf to you...
But now I must return to my job
As plumber of the Alsace Nursing Home
Near Wiawarra via Ross’s town
Mad fancy or a Toyota Ute and a good job..
What do you want, why am I waiting..
Why am I broken on the rocks....
