Did you know employer super responsibilities are changing?

The Government’s new Payday Super laws will require all Australian businesses to pay super at the same time as they pay wages. With more changes to how employers calculate, manage, and report super, the time to prepare is now.

To help you get your systems, processes, and teams ready, check out Rest’s Simple Payday Super Guide and checklist: https://rest.com.au/employer

From deeply personal reflections on resilience to bold conversations about visibility, courage and driving real change, the International Women's Day Luncheon last week at The Calyx in Sydney was filled with energy, honesty, connections and a shared commitment to accelerating progress for women across retail.

Thank you to Raymond Weatherall, Nicole Sheffield, Christopher Rodwell, Amanda Bardwell, Fleur Brown and Erica Berchtold for leading such thoughtful and impactful discussions and to every guest who showed up, leaned in and contributed to a powerful collective voice for progress.

A beautiful afternoon of conversation and candour as the ARC International Women’s Day Luncheon continued with Nicole Sheffield, Board Chair of ARC, and Erica Berchtold, Chief Commercial Officer at David Jones, taking the stage for a compelling fireside chat on modern leadership.

Nicole and Erica spoke openly about balancing executive roles with family life, being brave before confidence catches up, and navigating major career pivots in the public eye. They also shone a light on the realities of the “glass cliff” and why greater awareness of the risks and pressures women face in senior roles is critical to meaningful progress.

Thank you to our event partner - Afterpay.
