I didn’t want to have to do this post but I have to.
I had a customer wanting an arrangement which my mum made as the customer said she was in Newcastle.
My mum made it and I sent the customer the photo of the arrangement made and asked her if it was okay?
She red that message and no response.
I then asked her to let me know if she was happy with it.
Time went by and I asked if she could make payment and what time she wanted to collect the arrangement.
I checked the chat and noticed she has blocked me.
As you all know who have ordered arrangements from us before, we have a good turn around time on getting the arrangements done as requested especially if it’s needed last minute!
Our time that goes into these arrangements isn’t free.
Moving forward all payment will need to be made prior the arrangement being started. If payment hasn’t been made the arrangement will not be started.
I’m disappointed and sad that I have had to make this post because 99% of my customers do the right thing!
