📢 HN Motion – Servo Drive Notice (Nov 2025 Batch)
We’ve identified an issue affecting some servo drives manufactured in November 2025.
In these units, the servo motor may produce a loud howling / siren-like noise during operation.
This is a control board–related issue and does not affect safety, but it’s not the experience we want for our customers.

What to do
✅ If your system is running normally → no action required
⚠️ If you hear this noise → please contact us with:
• A short video of the sound
• How many actuators are affected
We will provide an updated control board for the affected units.
The replacement boards are expected to ship from early April, and will be sent out as soon as they arrive.
